First semester was about travel for some reason. Here are a few morsels.

Experiment Z24

As most of you know, at the beginning of November, I was at a workshop sponsored by the Association of Independent Art Schools (AIAS) in Zurich, Switzerland, where we intervened in the daily life of the city for 24 hours straight under the auspices of the elusive and much-feared urban research team, "forschungsgruppe-f." Here are some photos, but there's a heckuva lot more to see at the following link...including a rather embarrassing video of me flopping backwards onto a specially made flopping device in the main train station. Also check out the newspaper, which has some texts that I wrote (but I can't claim credit for the urban mayonnaise text).

Mayor's Christmas Parade

Hey everybody!

Now that I'm living in Hampden I get to participate more in local cultural events. This Sunday I got to see the Mayor's Christmas Parade (on account of it taking place right outside my door). I ended up borrowing one of my roommates' camera and took a few pics.

which one of you kids can get me access to that lighting studio/green screen room thingie that was by our studios in the brown center? i have to drive to baltimore to do a photo shoot (which you are all welcome to stand for as well) in a few weeks and i need some space to shoot this shit.
please please please.

also, megan, when i do come up there, i have a bunch of Mats artwork that sergio suggested i give you back in june.
